This is a tool that has been used for many years in the processing of long screws on a universal lathe. It processes by attaching four blades called "chasers" to a holder known as a "die head." One of its characteristics is that the processing time is shorter compared to using threading inserts. Currently, there are no manufacturers of die heads in the country, making them difficult to obtain. Our company handles Coventry-type die heads and chasers.
